Here are answers to some frequently asked questions regarding our products and website

How do I order products?

Simply add products to your cart like you would any retail website. After ordering, your shopping cart contents will be forwarded to ZSDG as an RFQ. We will generate a quote and contact you within 1 business day to complete the order.

How do I become a customer?

Fill out Net 30 terms, and send a Purchase order w/ ship to & remit to, phone contact and shipping account (otherwise, shipping fees will be added). Or pay  by credit card w/ a 3.5% fee added to order total.

Do I have a customer number?

We do not have customer numbers. We do keep customer files by name.

Which tubing kits are compatible with various capital equipment?

Are products disposable or reusable?

Most products tubing kits, electrodes, patient pads, our handpiece 14-2001 are suggested as single use and disposable.

There are exceptions:

  • 14-4014 which is suggested to be reusable  if not coming in contact w/ patient, and should be discarded after multiple uses per clinic day.
  • 14-4200 and 13-7000 are reusable and can be used until visibly damaged, discolored, soiled.
  • 13-4050 and 13-4050DHB 13-4050ESU are intended for single use, and can be autoclaved 1X for reuse.
  • 14-5200 and Z1252C 13-5300 ZLINK cables are considered reusable.
